It's the first ever roller derby bout at the Sioux City Convention Center!
“Occupy Derby On 4th St.” takes over Saturday, February 4th, at 7pm with your Sioux City Korn Stalkers men's roller derby team facing the Rock City Riot. Doors open at 6pm, and the bout starts at 7pm. Enjoy special halftime entertainment, and the Kelly Quinn Band will play till midnight to cap off the evening.

The annual Sioux City Musketeers Face-Off for Charity returns February 9. Proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Home and Family Services of Sioux City. Game time is 7:00pm.

Around 400 darters will converge on the Sioux City Convention Center from Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota February 10-12, 2012. Players of all skill levels compete for nearly $20,000 in cash and prizes. Players will play in singles, doubles, and four-player team events.
The Midwest Dart Championships are sponsored by the Midwest Tournament Association, a 6-state regional association. Last year's event, also held in Sioux City, was the largest ever Midwest Dart Championship with a total purse of $18,600.
The tournament is hosted locally by River City Amusement Company. Players secure eligibility by playing an appropriate number of nights in local dart leagues. River City Amusement hosts leagues locally in Sioux City and surrounding communities.
The event features divisions by skill level so that players of all calibers can compete with similarly skilled players. The tournament is free for spectators. The Midwest Association welcomes and encourages spectators to watch a great competition amongst the area's top dart players.
A doubles event on Saturday evening is open to any interested darters. Sign up is from 6:00-7:30pm at the Sioux City Convention Center.

Snowstorm Music Tour 2012 treks through the frozen Midwest and Big Sky country this February. Headlining the tour are hip-hop crossover sensation T-Pain and the ever-eclectic Gym Class Heroes. Special guests include Outasight, Grieves & Budo and Cris Cab.
